ElSaber is building a marketplace that connects clients with experts for real-time text, audio, and video consultations. The operating entity and data controller is El Saber LLC.
2. Website use
You may browse this site for information about ElSaber. The waitlist form stores the email address you submit so we can notify you when a seat opens. You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address.
3. Not medical advice
ElSaber is not a medical, psychological, or mental-health service and does not provide medical advice. Content on this website and any future consultations with experts are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Privacy

5. Intellectual property
ElSaber branding, site content, and related materials are owned by ElSaber or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This section will be finalized with counsel.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance once this draft becomes effective.
